New Corydon
« on: March 25, 2008, 07:52:06 AM »
For those of you, who had the opportunity to investigate New Corydon.  I must tell you that I have been back a few times after the investigation.  Now I wasnt able to get inside the school house again, but did manage to get some pictures of the inside through the windows and also took pictures of the outside.  I managed to capture the figure of a girl standing in the window close to the door and entry way.  When I looked inside the school, there was a chair right in front of the window, I took a picture of the inside of the school, then another, in the second picture the chair is gone.  So Ii moved down through the windows, and the chair I had seen at the first window was now at the last window, and turned completely around.   I have a few pictures of what looks like to be the old school teacher there, (due to a photograph I have of the school,  from when he taught there), and also another which Ive just called "the fat man", because I have yet to find out who may be.    So the school still has quite a bit of activity.    For awhile there, no one was allowed in there, but now I have learned that I can go in now anytime I want to, all I have to do is ask..   :headbang:

As for the rest of New Corydon, a friend of mine out there has told me that a few people have seen the horse drawn funeral carriage a few times, though this almost seems to be a residual.    Also lights have been seen on in the old funeral home as well.    :ghost
