This is an old mansion that is a history museum now. They are claiming it's haunted and they want big bucks to hunt it. It's big enough and interesting. I walked through with about 200 other people for the Christmas lighting cerimony and ran audio. Lots of people and noisey wood floors but I did get one definete EVP which said, "Get out of here" right in my recorder. I played it back right when I got home and said wow it's there I got it. Next morning the whole file was gone. I'm not stupid enough to erase it. I stop and start every 30 mins to make several small files. It was there then it was gone. But still interesting. Not sure it's worth the money. Maybe you could talk them into a lower price for publicity.
