2010 IGT DIRECTOR/OFFICERS RETREAT!!

Retreat details have been set!!This is for state board members, regional directors,chapter directors, asst directors, chapter secretaries,chapter PR directors, chapter treasurers and chapter trainers.Remember that McD makes this mandatory for state board, regional directors and chapter directors. You may bring significant others with you as well!! This is our time to kick back and get to know each other.

I am working on securing French Lick Resort and West Baden Springs for ghost hunting that weekend.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

Dates: March 26th-28th 2010

Location: Patoka Lake Village
Lake Village Drive 7900 W. Co. Road 1025 S.
French Lick, IN 47432

(10 miles south of HISTORICALLY HAUNTED French Lick and West Baden on

Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am.

Lodging will depend on how many people R.S.V.P. Amenities include central air/heat, color TV, fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee maker and microwave, covered deck, picnic table and barbecue grill. There is an outside hot tub, hospitality center with a common lounge, exercise room, video arcade and fishing pier close to the cabins as well. Please bring your own towels, washcloths, shampoo and soap. They do not provide them.

Total cost: Cost per person for the weekend will be $70 per person(this only includes rental of the cabins). We will try and keep it to no more than 5 to a cabin.

I will give you details on price, etc. You will need your chapter board to vote on whether or not to purchase these for sale in your chapter.

We have a few at a reduced rate thanks to Dan. We will pass on this reduced rate to you and your chapter can make a little bit of money.

I can bring them with me to the Retreat so that you won't have to pay shipping costs!

Dustin and Jen were the only ones I received a check from. I assigned cabins as I received money. I only reserved 8 cabins, and was unable to get anymore at the last minute. If you still want to come, I can recommend a hotel near the cabins. Not a problem.

and the time and effort on looking for a check from me!! I am going to have to ask my regional to take notes for me. I again am so sorry! Hope everyone has a blast.

Wow, am bewildered at the fact that the other 3 and I would of had to find a hotel even if our checks would of made it there or whomever would of been late.. Crazy they only gave you so many cabins with all the business you bring them....Well, Again have a great time. Everyone can still attend the retreat even if they aren't staying overnight at the cabins. The early reservations and payment are only neccessary so that we have enough space in the cabins reserved for everyone that is coming out. Unfortunately the cabins sell out nearly every weekend from this time of the year through October. People that didn't get their reservations and payment in on time, can make overnight accomidations elsewhere if they so chose.

Everyone needs to check in at the office. They will have your cabin assignments, which I sent out to them today. If you have any old books or movies, Patoka is always glad to receive donations for their activity room. Just a thought...

Thanks to Shannon for coordinating the reservations of the cabins! Thanks to all of the presenters! Most importantly, thanks to every officer who attended! Without you, we wouldn't be here.

Thank you Shannon for setting everything up. I had a blast! Thank you everyone for feeding me and for all that offered to feed me. I was happy to not have to eat soup all weekend. It was nice to finally putting names with faces and to see old friends. I love how we all get along so well. Thank you to all presenters. I got lots of great info.
