Employees of City Hall have heard voices late at night coming from both upstairs and the basement. When they investigate the voices, no one is found.

An orb?

One of our Psychics, Marcia, noticed a lot of activity on the 3rd floor.   If you look closely you will see a couple of the orbs captured on film. Interestingly enough, this picture was taken facing a spot where we were to get a great voice recording. Marcia, holding the recorder, recorded what seemed to be a whispered "I love you" shortly after this photo was taken.

An old maintenance man still at his post? Marcia felt someone right in the chair who was upset with us being there. He considers this to be his place.
